This formal entryway shows off the antiques and prized collections of the owner

Colorful tile inserts and hand painted stair risers reflect the owner's taste. The house has a Southwestern influence and the furnishings create a warm, rustic feel

A custom designed leaded glass window lets in light and creates a focal point for the staircase. It conveniently camouflages the house next door as well

This sleek and minimalist room uses silks, wools, velvet, and leather in varying hues of grey. The art and accessories are simple and uncluttered, yet enhanced by the custom lighting.

A large round dining table makes a rectangular room interesting. A square bordered wool rug, simple yet comfortable upholstered chairs, slightly puddled drapery panels, woven wood shades for sun protection, and an iron chandelier with crystal accents offer the room a certain classic elegance.

A contemporary open home where the architecture is the main focus. Contemporary furnishings blend with the glass, teak, and concrete surfaces while antique oriental rugs offer a surprise design element.

Textured neutral fabrics, a sea grass bordered area rug, and rich burgundy accents give this room an inviting and comfortable feel. The accessories are primarily Asian but a European antique clock adds interest to one wall
.

Arches open up this living and dining room to each other. The art, rugs, and accessories have a Southwestern feel, but the sofas, glass, iron tables and grand piano could fit into any setting. The space is open, light, airy and takes advantage of the view

This formal living room uses silks, velvets, brocades and is an eclectic blend of new, antique and contemporary pieces

This large upstairs hallway is over 95 feet long and divided into four areas. The furnishings are English and reflect the style of the historic house. Deep, rich colors accent the wood carved paneling and accentuate the architectural details of the coffered ceiling

Vintage fabrics and slip covered Queen Anne chairs add a cottage charm to this cozy dining room
